Marassi terraces is uniquely designed from the outside–in. Defined by an innovative terrace concept, the project delivers an elevated outdoor lifestyle. The innovative exterior of Marassi terraces is minimalist by design, calming by nature. The connection with the outdoors, delivers an indoor-outdoor living experience.

Golden Connections MEP was awarded the complete and comprehensive MEP services for two Marassi Terraces. The Terraces will have the latest in electrical grid technology and HVAC sophisticated systems.
